New Zealand-born Peter Gordon is an internationally acclaimed cookbook
author and a leading exponent of global fusion cuisine - a cuisine
based on tastes and flavours rather than politically or economically
defined borders.
Peter first worked with Anna Hansen in Mayfair's private members'
club
Green Street. Having promised each other to one day have a place of
their own, Peter asked her to leave her job in Australia and come
and join him in London as Sous Chef and head Pastry Chef when The
Sugar Club, in its third incarnation, moved into Soho in 1998.
They left in 1999 to undertake other projects, culminating in the
opening of London's award-winning
The Providores and Tapa Room, and will now take turns working
with Brad at PUBLIC. |
