Will Berliner, award-winning winemaker  and owner of Cloudburst Wines (based in western Australia’s acclaimed Margaret River Region), is joining us at PUBLIC for an amazing four-course tasting menu curated by Chef Brad Farmerie . Berliner’s bringing along some of the most delicious top-rated Cloudburst vino for us to enjoy: the dinner will feature the 2010 and 2011 vintages, as well as the 2012 and 2013 vintages (not yet available in the U.S). The 2010 Cloudburst Cabernet won the top 3 awards for reds at the 2013 Margaret River Wine Show, and the 2011 Cloudburst Cabernet was named “top new red wine”  by Gourmet Traveler and received stellar reviews from the Wine Advocate. Berliner produces lively, structured Cabernet Sauvignons and beautifully-textured Chardonnays in very small quantities, using non-irrigated, biodynamic farming methods.
