Cocktail All-Stars (CAS) - launched in Asia this past year to help inspire and evolve the markets based on quality of spirits, drinks, and experience alone - is an assembly of the world’s most inspirational figures, all working together to create culturally stylized, spirited evenings dedicated to celebration and sipping.

On February 8-11, All-Stars rolls into New York City under the direction of Iconic Barman Eben Freeman - dubbed ‘the future of alcohol’ by The Guardian in London, UK – and one of Australia’s most heralded, Linden Pride (Time Out’s Best Bar in Sydney, 2009; Top 50 Most Influential in Australia by Bartender Magazine). Michelin-starred Celebrity Chefs Brad Farmerie and Chris Rendell of Public and Double Crown and cutting-edge design firm AvroKO will take on duties for art and culinary direction.
