Brunch & Daytime
PUBLIC serves brunch in our sky-lit Lounge on Saturdays and Sundays between 11:00am and 3:30pm.
Private brunch events, for parties of ten to 20, are served in the Wine Room. We feature a menu including a selection of our signature scones and muffins, a choice of three main brunch dishes, coffee and tea, and a beverage from our drinks menu.
