Sunday Supper

Our Sunday supper is an opportunity for the kitchen to explore new ideas and ingredients, and a chance for our guests to experience new dishes not on the regular menu. The ever-changing five-course menu is $59 per person and served every Sunday evening. Tailored wine, cocktail and liquor pairings are also offered each week for an additional $48 per person. (*Sunday Supper is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and is subject to sell out)

 House-cured Tasmanian sea trout with fennel puree, blood orange and a black pepper crackerbread


 Roasted duck breast with whipped foie gras, celery root salad and charred grapefruit


 Spiced chocolate cake with hibiscus foam and almond brittle ice cream
