PUBLIC’s wine list is renowned for its superb selection of bottles from the New World, augmented with unique offerings from Old World regions as diverse as Greece, Lebanon, Hungary and Alsace. In his travels throughout the globe, Chef Farmerie has not only discovered the beauty of foods native to various regions, but also the wide array of little known yet outstanding wines. This is especially true of Australia and New Zealand, where extensive travel and strong relationships with individual producers have resulted in a list that has been noted as one of the strongest Antipodean wine selections in the United States.
PUBLIC also developed its very own wine, available at the restaurant by the bottle.
